I buy these wipes at Costco frequently and have always had good luck. The last box I bought has been sub par at best. Cloths are very thin, don’t stay in the swiffer, and don’t clean well at all and I have to use twice as many. Very disappointed. Gave 2 stars because you can’t even contact P&G about theproblem unless you are the media or want to begin selling their product.

Very disappointing. I am using the correct size wet sheet with the correct size sweeper. I know how to put the sheet on the head so please don’t say I’m just doing it wrong. The sheet ends are so wet, thin and slippery that they slip out of the grippers in just a few strokes. Great concept but it doesn’t work.

Why on earth can't we get unscented wet pads in the 21st century? How hard could that be to create? Just leave out the stinking perfume! I would buy these monthly if we could have unscented ones as an option, because they clean well. The house stinks only of fresh garbage after using these. The same is true of the 2 other stinks/perfumes. Please, have mercy. UNSCENTED please!

These wet pads DO NOT stay on the head! As soon as I start mopping it falls off. Very frustrating! Not sure where the good reviews are coming from.
We're sorry you're having this experience. When applying the cloths, fold the sides of the sheet over the sweeper head and tuck them into the grippers. The scrubbing strip should be on top of the sweeper head. To use the scrubber on tough spots, point the green strip forward then lower and turn the handle to flip the sweeper head over in order to scrub the stain. We're here for you if you have questions; give us a call at (800) 742-9220.
The pads are too small and do not fit the head. When I finally get the pad to stay on the minute I start to mop the pad comes off! Very frustrating! Waste of money as I am having to use my old style mop to clean my floors.
We're very sorry you had this experience. Make sure that you're not using regular sized mop cloths on our Swiffer XL. There are some floor surfaces that may create more pressure on the cloth when mopping, causing it to release from the grippers. Here are a few other helpful tips: *Make sure the green strip is around the edge of the mop, not on the floor while mopping. This should ensure there is enough material to tuck into the grippers.*For best results, use both hands while mopping. One hand should placed on the top of the mop and the other should be about halfway down. This allows you to put more downward pressure on the mop head to help keep it flat during use. Please give us a call at (800) 742-9220 if you have any questions for us.
Love the Swiffer, but please, please give us the option of an UNSCENTED wet pad. Thanks.
