Can I use Swiffer PowerMop on any floor?
Swiffer PowerMop Multi-Surface is safe on all finished floors. Do NOT use on unfinished, oiled or waxed wooden boards, non-sealed tiles or carpeted floors because they may be water sensitive.
What's included with the starter kit?
Both the Multi-Surface and Wood Starter Kits include the Swiffer PowerMop device, two (2) mopping pads, one (1) bottle of cleaning solution, and two (2) batteries. So you can start cleaning right out of the box.
Can I use the Fresh and Lavender solutions with PowerMop Wood?
Yes, all PowerMop solutions are compatible with both the PowerMop and PowerMop Wood devices —but only the Citrus-scented cleaning solution features a QuickDry™ Formula that dries 2X faster to protect your wood floors from water damage.
Do I need a bucket or water to use it?
No! Unlike traditional mops, Swiffer PowerMop has everything you need built-in, so you don't need a bucket or extra water to start cleaning.
Can I use my Swiffer WetJet refills with PowerMop?
WetJet refills are not compatible with Swiffer PowerMop, or vice versa.
Can I use Swiffer PowerMop around my pets and children?
Yes! Swiffer PowerMop is safe to use around pets and children.
