Swiffer Wetjet is the best . I have used all. Nothing evens comes near the efficiency, cleanliness, and convenience of MY Swiffer Wetjet. I had my original one for years and while cleaning my floor I broke the handle. I continued cleaning with just part of it working. Nothing better !

Way better than a mop and bucket!!!

Swiffer WetJet is a million times more convenient and easy to use than an ordinary mop! All I have to do is sweep the floor, then wipe it up with my new Swiffer! With my crazy schedule, I don't have time for all the hassles of the house...but Swiffer definitely makes my job a whole lot easier!

love it, but...

I love my WetJet (and my duster360)! It is so much better than a regular mop. My only complaint is that I can never find replacement scrubby strips anywhere online or in stores. I have a feeling I might have to resort to making my own replacement strips :(

Dear Swiffer Folks, I'm an old lady from Texas who, crippled by polio as a child, cannot easily get down to wash and wax floor. One day I received a swiffer as a gift from a family member and my floors have not been the same since. They look beautiful, smell good and I can do it myself. THANKS!!

Swiffer Wet Jet and pets.

We have a precious 15 year old dog that can no longer control her bladder at night. We have had to contain her to the utility room at night because of potty accidents. The swiffer wet-jet has been my saving grace every morning. The Frebreez sented solution really seems to helps with pet odors.

picky cleaner

I usually would never dream of commenting on anything.however when a product is as great as the swiffer wet jet.exceptions have to be made.I am very picky about my floors.Somedays I spend up to 2 hours cleaning ect.That is in the past thanks to your wonderful product.I am SOLD.

The new wet jet cloths with the Magic Eraser power strips built in are great. We have a textured ceramic tile floor in our kitchen, and short of scrubbing by hand, this product is the only thing we've found to truly get the floor clean. Really works wonderfully well.

Old School No More

In my small home, with no carpeting, just a few rugs, I used to mop, then on hands and knees, wipe the rest of edges and corners with paper towel and spray cleaner. No more! Now I can tackle the dust and cat hairs without vacumming first, so easily. Love, love my Swiffter!!!

Loved It!

Family of 6 plus a large dog - the Swiffer Wet Jet got used almost daily. And now it broke - the handle snapped right off. I can still use it, but its a bit comical with the handle dangling from the wires. Maybe Santa will bring me a new one!!

Best Mop EVER!

I have used the Swiffer WetJet for 5+ years! I love it! Depending on the size of the floor you're using this is the best! Floor smells great, looks noticeably clean, and replacing the pads and cleaner is relatively inexpensive. They last, at least in my house;)

Incredible!!

I wish i had bought it years ago. It cleans amazing in a quarter of the time. Dries fast because its not a big wet mop. I would recommend this to everyone.

My daughter has been telling me for months how easy mopping is with her Swiffer WetJet. I decided to take the plunge last week and purchase one for myself. WOW, I am only sorry that I did not make the change from a mop and bucket sooner. Just like the commercial...give me just a little more time.

So much better than a mop and bucket!

I bought my WetJet mop today because I've wanted one for a while and I got a coupon from Home Made Simple for free pack of refills up to 7 if you buy a WetJet starter kit. It couldn't get any better! The dirt and dust doesn't spread. Picks up dirt nicely. Wonderful product!

What a Lifesaver!

So far, I love it!

My floors are a piano finish laminate and streak easily. No matter what product I used, they streaked! I was told to NOT use much water (because they are laminate) so the Swiffer wet cloths did not work, I had to use damp paper towel on spots. The new WetJet is a joy, dries quickly. NO streaks!

Replaced my beloved WetJet today...

Top handle broke on our WJ - still works but is too hard to use with the handle hanging down - couldn't to fix it. Husband likes the WJ even better than I do so had to replace right away! Sadly didn't know about the coupon-had to pay full price for the pink one - hubby hates pink! Oh well...

Best mop ever

Swiffer wetjet is amazing!

The swiffer wetjet did great for my home, we have both hardwood and tile flooring and it does great on both, never have to use much liquid and one pad does my whole house. Super easy and never any wringing or washing out which is way better than any other mop I have used. Love the swiffer wetjet!

I LOVE IT!!!

The wetjet has made mopping a ton easier. i especially love the scrubber on the front! My kitchen floor went to a new degree of clean once i got it. The pads are also great, and so easy to put on and take off. Keep up the good work!!

Great product!

The WetJet is great. I use mine all the time. I would have given a 5 star rating but after seeing the product online I discovered my WetJet is missing the scrubby. I am pretty bummed out my doenst have one.Other than that the product is great.

Wet Jet

I love the Wet Jet Swiffer. Does an excellent job of cleaning. However, I've had two Swiffer handles snap off while I am swiffering. I don't feel I'm pressing too hard but for some reason they snap off. I feel the handle should be more durable. I've bought two in the last four months.

A MUST for pet owners

I have 2 cats and an Old English Sheepdog. If you've seen the commercial where the sheepie comes in and shakes himself and mud goes ALL over the house, that's my reality. I love the antibacterial solution. I don't like how the WetJet streaks the laminate floors, even with the wood solution.

move the spray button

I LOVE this product but my only complaint is where the spray button is located. I don't know how many times I've sprayed by accident by accident! Please move the button or provide a lock position for it!

Had my wet jet for years. really love the convenience of not having to ring out old wet mops. cleans great ,products let your house smelling clean, bought 2nd wet jet and used it only three times and the handle broke off. Very disapointed in the quality of my new one.

Rough On The Handles

Love WetJet Does All I need. Dont even own another mop. Cleans windows / walls as well as floors. I have broken 3 handels where the metal meets the plastic. Could you please correct this design flaw? Excellent Product just needs DesignTweeking.

Swiffer wet jet is awesome!

I love the wet jet but after i used it about a month my handle broke! I would suggest they make the handle stronger... So, now i have to go buy another. Does anyone know how to contact the company that makes this? I have no receipt so cant really take it back.

wetjet new style pads and solution

I have always washed my floors on my hands and knees but was given a swiffer wetjet almost 10 years ago. I loved it. The only thing I am unhappy with now is the new pads. They do not aborb as well nor do they pick up grime as well. My favorite solution is the original mulitpurpose.

Be Sure to Register Your Product!

I bought my WJ about 2 months ago. I love the convenience and the idea of having a new cleaning pad each for use vs. reusing the same dirty mophead repeatedly. It's also really great on my laminate floors. But after only 2 mos of use, the handle broke and I didn't realize I needed to register it.

Expensive but worth it

i like my wet jet. i have to admit, dumbfounded i could not figure out where to put the batteries till i did an internet search. Works on dog slobber! i have shinny laminate dark wood floors. i have to mop every other day. The pads are way to expensive. It does leave some residue. best job for now.

Broke At handle

LOVE the wetjet, but it broke at the handle last week. I called the company and they mailed me a coupon for a new wetjet! I asked if it was a continued problem, and they stated no. As I read all the reviews here, it is! Just call the company if it breaks, you can get a new one :)

Great -- Not so much

I LOVE it for my kitchen floors...works great. On my dark hardwood, however...not so much. It leaves a film like haze on the floor that I have to go back over to wipe it off.

A Good Product for the Money

It's easier and more effective than a wet mop. Swivel head reaches into corners easily and allows cleaning beneath the front edge of refrigerator and range. Only negative is the applicator button which should be more recessed to prevent accidental triggering of the spray when you don't want it.

Old and New

Dear Swifter, I really like using your product but your new design has a bad flaw.The new handle is junk, even though it has sections, the sections don't stay together. While mopping it will become unsecure. And the handle breaks. Look just keep the old style design and the new mop!!

Breaks easy

I love to clean my kitchen floor daily with the WetJet, but I've broken two in the last year where the handle snapped from normal use. Getting ready to buy my 3rd. 60 a year is a bit expensive since I have to keep replacing them. Other than that, I love it, the ease, convenience and clean smell.

Wet Jet Great!!! Febreze Vanilla Lavender scent cleaner..YUCK!

I have hard wood & tile floors and dogs. Swiffer WetJet is very convenient and cleans the floors very well. Handles can and do break with heavy use. Overall, though very satisfied. However...AVOID the Febreze Vanilla Lavender scent. Smells just like disposable diapers. YUCK.

One Major Design Flaw

I loved my WetJet, but after a few months the handle snapped. I bought another because it worked so well. The second broke a couple months later, right at the curve of the handle. I love what it does, but it has a major design flaw and I will not be buying another until the handle is changed.

This product could be good if....

The bottle does not stay in its position and keeps falling out when mopping, I had one before and it never happened so this must be a messed up one. I would take it back but I don't have the box or the receipt. I just bought it from BJ's Wholesales a week ago. So disappointing.

Great on floors but has some flaws!

Just purchased my third WetJet set, it is great for the busy family with young children and pets. Much better than a mop & bucket. There are flaws; handle breaks easily (happened to my last two) and I cannot find replacement scrubby strips, my new set did not even have a scrubby strip with it!

Mop to flimsy

Process very good idea but new mops are TOO flimsy. The spray button broke after a month. Older swift jets were very good and much sturdier. Being older it would be great if swiffer held up.
