So much better than a mop and bucket!

I bought my WetJet mop today because I've wanted one for a while and I got a coupon from Home Made Simple for free pack of refills up to 7 if you buy a WetJet starter kit. It couldn't get any better! The dirt and dust doesn't spread. Picks up dirt nicely. Wonderful product!

What a Lifesaver!

My elderly and partially crippled cat has litterbox issues and I have to mop the kitchen every day and spot clean several times a day. Couldn't do it without this little gem. Thank you!

So far, I love it!

My floors are a piano finish laminate and streak easily. No matter what product I used, they streaked! I was told to NOT use much water (because they are laminate) so the Swiffer wet cloths did not work, I had to use damp paper towel on spots. The new WetJet is a joy, dries quickly. NO streaks!

Replaced my beloved WetJet today...

Top handle broke on our WJ - still works but is too hard to use with the handle hanging down - couldn't to fix it. Husband likes the WJ even better than I do so had to replace right away! Sadly didn't know about the coupon-had to pay full price for the pink one - hubby hates pink! Oh well...

Best mop ever

I am 51 yrs old and have tried many different mops. I am also handicapped. So finding something I could use was hard. This swiffer wet jet is a life saver. Light and easy to use makes cleaning a whole easier. Thanks for inventing this. I am very grateful! Angel

Swiffer wetjet is amazing!

The swiffer wetjet did great for my home, we have both hardwood and tile flooring and it does great on both, never have to use much liquid and one pad does my whole house. Super easy and never any wringing or washing out which is way better than any other mop I have used. Love the swiffer wetjet!

I LOVE IT!!!

The wetjet has made mopping a ton easier. i especially love the scrubber on the front! My kitchen floor went to a new degree of clean once i got it. The pads are also great, and so easy to put on and take off. Keep up the good work!!

Be Sure to Register Your Product!

I bought my WJ about 2 months ago. I love the convenience and the idea of having a new cleaning pad each for use vs. reusing the same dirty mophead repeatedly. It's also really great on my laminate floors. But after only 2 mos of use, the handle broke and I didn't realize I needed to register it.

Expensive but worth it

i like my wet jet. i have to admit, dumbfounded i could not figure out where to put the batteries till i did an internet search. Works on dog slobber! i have shinny laminate dark wood floors. i have to mop every other day. The pads are way to expensive. It does leave some residue. best job for now.

Broke At handle

LOVE the wetjet, but it broke at the handle last week. I called the company and they mailed me a coupon for a new wetjet! I asked if it was a continued problem, and they stated no. As I read all the reviews here, it is! Just call the company if it breaks, you can get a new one :)

Would love to use my own product.

I love the sweeper, but I have laminate floors, very good quality, don't like the solution WetJet provides, would love to use my own product. Any way I can get a refillable container???

Great -- Not so much

I LOVE it for my kitchen floors...works great. On my dark hardwood, however...not so much. It leaves a film like haze on the floor that I have to go back over to wipe it off.

A Good Product for the Money

It's easier and more effective than a wet mop. Swivel head reaches into corners easily and allows cleaning beneath the front edge of refrigerator and range. Only negative is the applicator button which should be more recessed to prevent accidental triggering of the spray when you don't want it.

Old and New

Dear Swifter, I really like using your product but your new design has a bad flaw.The new handle is junk, even though it has sections, the sections don't stay together. While mopping it will become unsecure. And the handle breaks. Look just keep the old style design and the new mop!!

Wet Jet Scrubber Strip

I wish there was a way to buy a refill for the scrubber strip. I have worn it almost thin scrubbing the dirt my other mop had left behind. :-)

Residue even with the new formula!

I have had issues with the original Swiffer leaving a residue on my laminate floors. I love the convenience of the Swiffer tho! So, a new formula was released so there wouldn't be any more residue, but there is still a residue. HELP!!!

New handle design is needed

I love this mop so much that I continue to use it even though the handle is broken and dangling. This is the second mop I have owned because the first swiffer wet jet's handle broke. Swiffer gave me a coupon to get another but it is a pain to have to go through this again.

WetJet

I really like the wetjet, especially for pets clean up. I have a problem with the solution leaving a residue after I clean it. I go over it but don't know what may be wrong. Is it the solution? Even my daughter has had problems with it leaving a residue when she tries to clean the floor.

Weak Handle Design

Love this mop; however, SWJ has a weak handle design and will break in the exact same place after a few months of use. Handle and pole are not strong enough to endure the pressure needed to clean tough day old dried spills. Seen three mop handles break in 6 months.

Swiffer Wet Jet

I bought this product because I have a bad back and cannot use a heavy mop--I used this 2 times and the right jet quit working--so after awhileI thought it was my fault as I may have done something wrong--so I purchased another one--it worked fine 2 times and then the right jet stopped again-HELP!!!

Keeps breaking

I recently purchased a swiffer wet jet for use in my dental office. Although I love the convenience of the product, it broke after only a few months of use. The handle broke off where it meets with the metal. Don't know if I should invest in the product again.

What's wrong with the Handles???

I really like the WetJet, but, there's something going on with the handles. As I stated, I do like the WetJet to the point that I purchased four over the last 10 months. The handles keep breaking in the area where the bend is. What going on with the handles breaking?

Won't Dispense Cleaner

When I first start using the wet jet it dispenses the cleaner fine. After a few minutes it simply stops dispensing. Is there a solution to this?

Swiffer WetJet

I love my Swiffer WetJet, except now, if I choose to buy another, it will be my third one. It evidently has a weak spot in the curve of the handle, because both of the previous ones have broken in the same place. Very frustrating! Emailing company to see if they have that part is not easy either.

Wet Jet durability

I bought the Wet Jet and really liked it. It was far better than any other thing I was using. However, after only a month or so of use, the handle cracked right at the bend and broke.. hanging by only the two wires that work the sprayer. Not too durable.. at the cost .. it should last a lot longer..

Quit releasing cleaner

I only had mine for 3 months and it quit releasing the cleaning product..I even tried putting in a new bottle..The store would not exchange it because I didnt have my receipt...Well of course not, I had it 3 mos....The Swiffer people wont answer my questions about it..Loved the way it cleaned tho

Design flaw in the handle

When I first bought the WetJet I loved it but after just a couple months of use the handle breaks right where the metal stops and the plastic begins I have had 2 that have done this. The metal pole needs to extend all the way with a slot cut for the trigger.

Haven't tried it

A battery-operated mop? Come one! Had the old manual squeeze trigger and it worked great until it broke. Now no longer available. The plain Swiffer with wet pads is a joke--cleans such a small area before it dries out. Bring back the old manual model, please! And beef up the handle,too!

Another Broken Handle

My original swiffer Wet Jet lasted over five years. Now I have purchased two in less than six months due to the plastic handles snapping. It works great until it breaks. P&G needs to redeisign the thing before I buy another .

Tale of 3 Swiffers

In the last year I have purchased not one, not two, but three Swiffer WetJets. All three broke. I loved the WetJet, but cannot justify purchasing yet another. All three broke off at the top in the same location at about the 3 month mark of ownership.
