Poor quality product
I used the WetJet successfully the first time. After that it would not work. I changed the batteries to no avail. I decided to throw it away but before doing so, I disassembled it to determine the failure. I found that the fluid had leaked into the motor corroding it so that it would not function. Apparently your quality control is lacking in producing the product.

I bought the Swiffer WetJet thinking it would cut my cleaning time since I currently have house guests. Worked for 5 minutes - thinking it could be the batteries - I changed batteries. Worked for a minute or so then completely stopped. This was yesterday. I tried to work it again this morning - nothing. I no longer have the receipt but I am so disappointed that I just had to review this. Spent over $20 on the starter kits; $10 on batteries; $12 on pad refills - total waste of money. Went back to using Swiffer wet pads.

Handle Broke and Home Fix
I recently bought the Swifter Wetjet and have been very happy with it until the handle broke after very few uses. I thought about replacing the handle but I decided to repair it myself. I bought a 45 degree PVC Conduit Tube, a door bell button and a 13/16 spade bit. I removed the existing handle from the mop, (There are 4 screws total) Two in the handle, I below the switch cover and one at the end of the handle) I fitted the PVC Conduit over the existing mop and drilled a hole for a round door bell button and cut the existing switch from the mop and connected the wires to the door bell button and inserted into the hole I drilled. I fitted a wood plug at the end of PVC Conduit. The handle works perfect and will not break. (I had to drill the end of the conduit to 13/16 to fit over the mop pipe.) The 45 degree PVC Conduit fit very tight on the mop so no screws or fastners of any sort was needed.

Makes Small Puddles... Like My Dog
I had high hopes for this product. I wanted something quick and easy to use. It didn't work. Or maybe I should correct myself... only one side kind of sort of work! No matter how much you push the button the darn thing won't spray. It just squirts a small puddle on the floor, just like my small old incontinent dog I'm trying to clean up after. Then after a day of not trying to use it stopped squirting all together. To bad the dog hasn't stopped.
I should have read the reviews.

A True Life Saver!!
I'll start by saying that I've used quite a lot of Swiffer products, and have loved them all: the sweeper, the dust buster, and of course the cleaners and such. BUT when my husband and I moved into an ALL TILE house, we knew we'd have to try the WetJet. Needless to say it saved us SO much time, and effort into not having to mop every day. And just recently we were able to move out of the house, the WetJet was able to get the floors right back to prestine condition! I was SO glad that you've teamed up with Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to make some amazing Extra Power Pads. The only issue i had was when having to really scrub on a particular stain, the handle broke. But other than that it was an amazing product!

I bought this wetjet when they first came out in my area. I loved it. It worked great on our new floors and was easier for me to use. I have four fur babies and they are sometimes a little messy, but with this the mess is gone in very little time.
Then one day it stopped working. I read the comment here about the batteries, I changed them and now it works like new again.
I would recommend it to anyone.
