A must with pets

Never knew how much hair I was missing on my floor until I got my Swiffer Sweeper. I have an idea for more uses for the Swiffer. The design of the tool would make it easy to clean your walls with no problem. I think the company should design a cloth that has a wall cleaner on it.

Try it you WILL like it

Great for getting cat hair (we have 4) off the white tile throughout our entire home. Love the product, easy to use, wet and dry, good price for us seniors, too.

Swiffer products

I have been suffering from rheumatoid arthritis for several years. It is quite difficult (on some days impossible) to bring my vacuum cleaner up the stairs in order to clean. The Swiffer wet or dry sweeper is a Godsend because it is so light and does the work required. Thanks P&G!

LOVE LOVE LOVE

I am a stay at home mom with a 12 month old, one on the way, indoor dog and cat. I can't live without this product! I love a clean house, but i value my time with my little one so much more. i use this 3 times a week for dust and hair on my laminate. So much cheaper than a house keeper!

Swifter wet/dry

I am a short woman with a lot of windows and mirrors in the house. I use the wet pads on the stick, then scrub the windows both inside and out - just flip the pad over as needed. After scrubbing I use a soft thin towel and put on the stick to dry the windows - no streaks - works great.

No buckets needed to mop the kitchen floor!

I recently purchased both a wet/dry sweeper and a 360 extender duster. The sweeper, with the wet cloth, makes short work of cleaning the kitchen floor, turning a 30 minute chore into something I can knock off in five minutes. Here's to a cleaner kitchen!

too expensive

love the wet/dry sweeper, yet i can never find coupons for refills. i would recommend it to my friends if i could get coupons that do not require purchase of the whole kit. too bad.

Only use swiffer brand

I love my swiffer sweeper and my swiffer wet jet. My friend has the swiffer vac and I'm thinking about buying that too. Nothing picks up dust as well as my swiffer. I tried the off brand cloth and it was awful, never again will I use anything except swiffer.

awesome

The day i bought it i knew it was a good buy because it picked up sooo much more dirt and junk off the kitchen and bathroom floor that the broom and a regular mop couldnt reach or if they could reach it, it wouldnt pick up. there is definitely a big improvement from before.

Alternate Use of a Swiffer

i recently used my Swiffer to kill a large spider that at the top of wall, in the edge between ceiling and top of wall. I reached for my broom and accidently grabbed the Swiffer.. It worked Perfectly! The Swiffer edge got right into the edge and saved me from the Spider. Thanks Swiffer!

Wood Floors

I was told by the professional that refinished my oak floors to never use anything except water and vinegar on them to prevent dulling of the finish and gumming up when being refinished. I wish Swiffer would make wets with just vinegar and water. I love using Swiffer on my other floors.

New Sweeper Scent?

I've been using the Swiffer Sweeper for YEARS. I love it but I'm just suggesting why don't they have a different scent for the wet wipes? It's always the same boring scent you should try changing it up.(maybe to strawberries or apples) From a long-time, loyal customer of Swiffer.

Possible Improvement

Love the convenience of the product. Maybe you could consider making a pad with thicker ridges that would do a better job of cleaning between the tiles on tile floors.

Excellent - Need Longer Handle

I broke mine after over 5 Years. Bought a new one - the handle is so short I am 5'5. Need to sell extensions. Product is FANTASTIC!!!! I tossed mine before I realized you made it shorter. But still love it. I am now thinking about the Sweeper Vac.

refills!!!!!

where can you purchase the wet refills for the large mop???? if you are going to make a big mop, make refills!!!! i am stuck will this mop that i can't return!!! help!!!!

the old one worked better

The older, heavier, rubber head was easier to use. It required less effort to keep Swiffer close to the surface so that grit and dirt don't get under the head and scratch the floor. The swivel worked better on the old one, too, especially under sofas and coffee tables.

sweeper wet cloths

I use the wet cloths several times a week and they work great, but there is one problem: the handle is too flimsy. I've broken two of them already. Wish they were sturdier.

I like this product, but...

Could we perhaps get a handle that guys can use without the dang thing bending when pressure is applied? A one piece considerably stiffer handle would be awesome, sometimes there are goobers on the floor that require extra pressure vs a light gliding over of the swifter.

My Aching Back!

The clean is good, but the handle is too short. I read a review by a user who said she is 5'5 and it was too short for her. I'm 6'1 and after cleaning the kitchen floor my lower back is killing me from stooping over to use the Sweeper. Add a 5th segment!

What community collage marketing dropout thought this up??

The larger cloth pad is great and it does clean up construction dust. BUT the fact that they would even include the smaller wet mopping function as if on some strange plant it actually worked well...is mind blowing. P&G is a billion dollar company, and they cant make a 1.5x larger wet cloth?!?

Broken Handle

We have purchased 2 Sweepers to date and the plastic handle eventually breaks off where it connects to the metal shaft. My wife loves the product, but it needs a redesign for the handle.
