Swiffer Sweeper Starter Kit
This was my husband's favorite tool for quickly cleaning our new hardwood floors. (Yes, he mops!) He bought it about three years ago. Unfortunately, the rubber pad disintegrated. Seems to me it should have lasted longer. We are still debating whether or not to purchase a replacement.

I donnot like the mop
Your product is great. I have been using it for years. Two years ago we put in a new floor in the kitchen and family room, so I decided to purchase the new mop. I was tired for carring the mop up and down the stairs to clean my two bathroom up stairs. Since then I have purchased two mops, not because I liked them but, because I had to. The handle of both of my new mops broke. Please go back to the old design. It works. Why do you have to try and improve on something the works the first time. This new mop is not working.

The product is wonderful. It gets in places I used to use a dust mop for. and collects the dust rather than just pushing it around. Some items don't cling to it, but are easily collected and removed in the old fashioned manner of dustban and broom.
I do have a recurrent problem though. It seems the handles are not very strong. I am on my third one in the past year. They keep breaking near the base.

We live in & area of 10,000 acres of wheat fields. We have vinyl siding and when the wind blows it picks up dust from the fields & deposits it on the side of the house. I tried using the Swiffer Sweeper on the side of the house & it worked wonderfully. I use the Swiffer Duster on the Windows & it also worked wonderful. So when I say I am going to dust the house today I don't mean the inside. Love these products.

Good but I have a request for unscented products
I really love my Swiffer but I wish you would make unscented dry AND wet cleaning cloths. I have asthma and I think that the strong scents are making me wheeze :( I'm sure there are lots of other people who would appreciate unscented cloths too.

Needs a Better Way to Attach the Cloths
I have a bit of a cynical reaction to the commercial showing the ecstatic older couple using the Swiffer. Have you ever actually had an older person, possibly with arthritic fingers, try to attach the cloths to the Swiffer? I have difficulty - the cloths come unattached while I'm dusting, and I hate trying to push the wet cloths into the holes and getting my hands wet. How about clamps? I think a lot of consumers would replace their Swiffers with one that was redesigned to make it easier to use.

I have had this mop for about 6 months know, I love exspecially when you have wood floors, it catches hair, dust etc. This is my
second mop, the only problem I have had the handle broke off.
I dont press hard, I'm only 100 lbs. I would like to ask you
if there is anything I could do to fix it, only because I dont want
to buy another one. Thank You Tina

I have hard wood floors thru-out my house! I don't know what I would do without the swiffer, it gets under everything, picks up all those annoying dust bunnies! I have to say it's one of the best products I own, and this is a must buy product!! if you have hardwood floors you get the dust and the little specks of dirt to go with them, and the swiffer picks it all up! Easy so Easy
