Swiffer 360° Duster Starter Kit
Makes Dusting Fun!
This is the first time I've ever had fun dusting! The extender handle means I can finally reach places like the corners of the ceiling to get cobwebs. Since the head tilts at an angle, it's perfect for getting the tops of doorways, windows, appliances, etc. and it's great for baseboards. LOVE!

Saving my neck!
As a healthcare professional, I should know better than to haul out a ladder to clean my ceiling fans. Falls are a major cause of unintended injuries (even death) and I have seen my fair share of broken hips and necks. I finally decided enough of the wobbly ladder and I bought a 360 Swiffer Duster. Even though I border on petite height, I was still able to use this duster to reach my ceiling fan. And the tops of shelves. And the tops of curtain rods, And the light fixtures. Even the chains for the light fixtures! It was so easy, I couldn't stop dusting! I went through 2 of the duster heads (obviously I wasn't keen on dusting prior to this experiment#. I even did 2 more ceiling fans in the kids rooms. I swooped down over baseboards with my magical dusting wand #and I didn't even have to stoop#. I glided over the tops of the door frames. The back of our big stupid TV #usually I have to pull it out to even get to the back#....done. The cable box and DVD player? Done. I just glided the duster over and it picked up dust. Hopefully I will get more mileage out of the duster heads next time #which should happen since it is 1000 times easier for me). And since I hate housekeeping, I LOVE that this product saved me a lot of time and energy. Even a small child could handle this product :) Hint hint kids!

This product should be taken off store shelves immediately. It is about as worthless as a pet rock and not as much fun. It is almost impossible to thread the dusters onto the prongs of the handle without the prongs poking through. When in use, the duster is so flimsy that the prongs work their way through, raising the risk of scratching surfaces. I threw it away and went back to the old reliable dustcloth. Don't waste your time or money on this product.

Lasts longer than most people realize
I really love the Swiffer 360 dusters!! It makes the job of dusting to be almost effortless. After I dust several surfaces, i take it outside and hit it several times on the posts of my deck. Most of the dust come off, then I continue to another room and dust some more. I believe it is good for several uses. Of course I would dust shelves and decorations first, then move to the baseboards.

Not built to last
I use these dusters to do professional house cleaning, and although they seem to get to the harder to get to places, they don't get much use before they break or just fall apart. The refill pads just fall apart on the first use. You used to be able to wash them for re-use, but now they just fall apart. The part that holds the dusters on the extended wand is thin and breaks easily. Instead of buying an inexpensive replacement part, you have to re-buy the whole thing again. The concept is good, but the quality is very poor and not built to last at all.

Elated and then very disappointed
After having knee replacement a neighbor highly recommended the swiffer duster with extended handle. I was thrilled with the results and told all my friends and relatives about this item. The last box of dusters was completely different than the original and I am not satisfied. The duster is only on one side and does not fluff to the opposite side. The plastic prongs extend beyond the duster scratching my furniture. I cannot justify the expense of the refills with the results of the duster. I have now returned to my original way of dusting with a rag and bending over to reach the lower spots and getting a chair to reach the upper spots. You need to return to the original dusters.
