CINCINNATI, Ohio – January 15, 2009 – Procter & Gamble’s (P&G) Swiffer brand has teamed up with DreamWorks Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies to become the official cleaner of the studios’ upcoming motion picture “Hotel for Dogs,” releasing on January 16th by Paramount Pictures. Through this partnership, P&G will showcase the newly enhanced Swiffer Sweeper, which has a redesigned 360° swivel-head floor cleaner that helps reach and clean the places in your home that pet hair, dust and dirt love to hide - like the corners and edges of floors - but where brooms can’t always go.
As the premiere’s title sponsor, Swiffer will be sweeping up at the “Hotel for Dogs” Celebrity Dog Green Room, where the hairiest stars of the movie will primp before their red carpet appearance. Celebrity pet groomer Tom Gunderson, the on-set animal groomer for “Hotel for Dogs,” has deemed Swiffer the “groomer’s choice” for pet hair removal and clean up and will be on hand at the Celebrity Dog Green Room to share his cleaning tips on how pet owners can keep their homes hair-free.
