1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on 3/5/07, visit www.swiffer.com and follow the on-screen instructions to enter. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on each day during the promotion period to be eligible for that day’s prize drawing. Entries must be received by 12:00 noon (ET) on 3/26/07 in order to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on 6/4/07 to enter the final daily prize drawing and the First Prize drawing. Non-winning daily entries will not be rolled over into subsequent daily drawings, however will be entered into the Grand and First Prize drawings. Limit one entry per e-mail address per day. If more than one entry is received per person per day, only the first such entry received will be eligible.
   
   
2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
   
   
3. RANDOM DRAWINGS : Random daily drawings will be conducted approximately 7 days after each day of the promotion period from among all eligible entries received for that day’s drawing. The random drawing to award the one Grand Prize will be conducted on or about 3/27/07 from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing to award the First Prizes will be conducted on or about 6/12/07. Drawings will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning a daily prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that day. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received by 12:00 noon (ET) on 3/26/07. Odds of winning a First Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received by the promotion closing date. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by standard mail and by telephone. The Sponsor will make 3 attempts to contact potential Grand Prize winner via phone within 48 hours from the time winner selection was accomplished. If Sponsor is unable to reach the potential winner within this time frame, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected, time permitting. No messages will be left on answering machines. First and Daily Prize winners will be contacted by standard mail.
   
   
4. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES : 96 prizes (1 Grand Prize, 3 First Prizes and 92 Daily Prizes) with a total value of $6,547.16 will be awarded as follows: (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for two to New York City to attend the Nanny Diaries premiere and post party on 4/9/07. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home (departing 4/8/07, returning 4/10/07), 2-nights hotel accommodations (1 room, double-occupancy), 2 tickets to the Nanny Diaries premiere and post party and a Swiffer Product Pack (includes: 1 Swiffer SweeperVac, 1 Swiffer WetJet^®, 1 Swiffer Sweeper and 1 Swiffer Duster). Winner will also receive a check in the amount of $500 (Approximate Retail Value: $3,500; actual retail value of the prize will depend on winner's point of departure/return). Winner and guest are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, and souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Location of premiere and post party are subject to change and is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. There is no monetary value associated with attending the premiere or post party. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prizes. Limit one Daily Prize per household and limit one Grand or First Prize per household.


5. GENERAL RULES : Potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and where legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 3 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. If Grand Prize winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, winner’s parent/legal guardian will be required to accompany winner on trip and will count as the winner’s guest. Traveling companion (or parent/legal guardian if traveling companion is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) must also complete and return a Release of Liability within (3) days of winner’s attempted notification. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to departure. All travelers must agree to travel on dates specified by Sponsor; dates of departure and return are subject to change. Winner and his/her travel companion must travel together on same itinerary. Other restrictions may apply. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees, assigns, and agencies harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners’ list, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
